The plant in the above rendering highlights our capabilities and we want to walk you through this process step by step.

1. Surge Box 
   1. The first stage of downstream separation is key for metered, consistent material flow. Getting this phase right for metered infeed at a consistent pace sets us up for success in the rest of the system. Feed this surge box with either a wheel loader or material handler and it will take care of letting the material out at the correct, regulated speed.
2. EHT 8220 3 Fraction Trommel Screen 
   1. Splitting the material into three different flows by size serves two primary purposes: removing burden from the material for optimized recovery and a tighter focus with our eddy currents in the next steps
3. Z-Box Air Separators -
   1. Removing garbage/burden from the valuable material. This robust air separation solution leaves us with an nearly waste free product for our eddy currents to begin sorting. Light fraction garbage and plastic will not interfere with the rest of the recovery system.
4. SHM ECS 2000 Eddy Current
   1. After taking out all the residual materials, now we start recovering the good stuff, namely zorba. Our Eddy Current Separation Solutions are available both on tracks and stationary depending on your needs. Equipped with a huge shaker table to spread the material evenly, a cascading rare earth drum magnet to remove any traces of irony material, and a two meter wide eddy current disc to recover your zorba this modular solution is perfectly suited to this phase of the plant.
5. Picking Stands
   1. A simple conveyor belt solution with cat walks and chutes. Your team can hand pick materials of your choice in the finishing phases. The majority of the left over good stuff at this phase will include stainless steel and insulated copper wire.
