This Magnet Drum EcoHog - Hogger (2025, 0 hours) features a vibratory feeder tray measuring 1200mm by 4100mm, constructed from mild steel with a stainless steel non-magnetic feed tip. It is powered by a 2.2 kW out-of-balance electric motor. The scrap drum magnet, model SRP, includes a 1200mm axial pole permanent ferrite pick-up and discharge magnet assembly for efficient ferrous recovery. The drum has a 1200mm diameter and working width, bottom-fed with over-the-top discharge, driven by a 2.2 kW electric geared motor with VSD and chain drive. Its 6mm stainless steel shell is reinforced with manganese steel wear wrap and heavy-duty wiper blades. The semi-mobile steel chassis allows site mobility via loading shovel. Two conveyors handle discharge: a 5m by 1m side belt for non-ferrous material and a 5m by 1m end belt for ferrous material, both equipped with Chevron EP250/2 PLY belts and powered by 4 kW electric geared motors.
