With dimensions of 5200mm long by 3200mm wide, this 2-bay double-sided picking stand features a double-skinned insulated cabin equipped with windows on both sides and internal lighting. It offers four discharge chutes and a 1200mm wide black rubber flat conveyor belt with a central E-Stop pull cord for safety. The unit is built on a single steel chassis with manual steel support legs. Optional add-ons include an Airhog suction fan outside the feed entrance with an adjustable blower hood, a cross-belt magnet suspended above the conveyor at the outfeed side, and hydraulic legs powered by an onboard hydraulic system. Power is supplied via customer mains or a standalone generator.
