  • Configurations

    Available in 3 unique configurations

    1. Diesel Tracked

Powered by a Caterpillar C18 Diesel Motor with 765 hp. Machine is capable of being 100% mobile under its own power and shredding under its own power. With more than 440,000 Newton-meters or torque, it is prepared for any job anywhere.

    2. Electric Stationary

Mounted to a stand that can be custom built to your specifications, this solution is ideal if you have a production application that you want in line with other stationary equipment. We commonly install these at indoor recycling operations. With 2x 250kW electric motors and the same proven RexRoth Hydraulic system. This is the ideal stationary shredding solution

    3. Hybrid

The Hybrid configuration has become one of our most popular options. This unit is powered by a unique power plant that combines a diesel motor for mobility functions and the same twin 250kW electric motors for shredding functions. Giving you the mobility of a diesel machine when you need it and the efficiency of an electric machine when that is more desirable.

I already have a Hammermill, why would I need a Wolf shredder?

We have a lot of customers that run a Wolf shredder along with their hammermills. Our twin shaft high torque shredders are not meant to replace your hammermill. Our Wolf shredders are for processing your specialty materials that do not need to go through the hammermill to upgrade or prepare: shredding skeletons in to busheling, aluminum breakage into clean materials, shredding steel coils, and more.

A wolf shredder can help improve operational efficiency for materials that are meant for your hammermill too. Many of our customers use their Wolf shredders in their feeder yards to reduce trucking costs and pre-shred material to avoid explosions and un-shreddables in their hammermills.

They also do a great job on materials you should not put into a hammermill: cable wire, windmill blades, railroad ties
