EQS-1200SM MOBILE PICKING STATION

The innovative EQS-1200SM-2 Quality Station is the ideal downstream for post magnetic separation and or density separation applications. The EQS-1200SM-2 incorporates an Airhog blower fan and overband magnet offering the end user the capability of removing up to 5 variant contaminants from the valuable core end product. The quality cabin is compact in size, with integrated controls, access platforms and adjustable support legs, suitable for set up in any location. Ecohog aspires to assist every waste processor with their processing and application needs.

According to European Commission “Construction and demolition waste (CDW) accounts for more than a third of all waste generated in the EU. It contains a wide variety of materials such as concrete, bricks, wood, glass, metals and plastic. The EQS-1200SM-2 is a 2 bay Quality Station which is available in a bigger 3 bay  version called the EQS-1200SM-3.

There is a EQS-1050SM model  with 4 manual material collection points. which is smaller and available as a flat pack solution to cut down on additional cost and time.
